Unique upportunity to own the renowned De Vries Lentsch Laurent Giles from 1967, recently she has been surveyed prior to the Atlantic crossing (Fall 2020).

The "Shackelton" is a true "liveaboard" sailing vessel that has been refitted with all systems and engine in 2016 and under the waterline in the summer of 2020. She a a real lady that will appeal to any sailor.

The deck has a spacious stern with a sheltered cockpit in the dockhouse, due to the furling boom she is easy to sail. According to the Seller who did just a Atlantic crossing: "She sails very comfortable even with heavy winds, her open and bright interior made me feel right at home even on bad weather days.

When you enter the saloon, the big windows ensures a lot of naturals sunlight and when seated on the settee gives you a great few all around. On Starbord you find a L-shaped galley with refridgerator, gimballed 4-burner Force 10 and oven. In the Bow is a 2-persons bed on Portside with storage underneath and the Navigationtable on Starboard and several closets. In the front of the Bow is an electrical heads and the shower.

From the Saloon to the Aftcabin you have the Electrical displays in the "hallway" and multiple closed shelving. Also here you can enter the Engineroom from the side or more to the Aft through the Engineroom door.

The Ownerscabin is in the Stern of the yacht with a good sized double bed with multiple cabinets and shelving around.
