Not only is broad advertising very important in achieving a positive sales result, we also check cadastral registrations, mortgages and claims and we sell all yachts with the correct ship documentation such as VAT and CE documentation if applicable. This gives the buyer and seller assurances that the sale will run smoothly and we will not be faced with any surprises during the transfer.

We work completely “No cure-No pay“. If we have not sold your boat within 9 months, you can say goodbye to us free of charge. We use a competitive brokerage fee of 6% INCLUDING VAT with a minimum of €4000,- including VAT and there are no additional costs. (Please note: many yacht brokers use prices exclusive of VAT!)
Our extensive marketing on 50+ (inter)national websites, the photoshoot including drone images and 360° camera are all standard. We do not believe in package-service, so you can be sure that we can execute your order to the best of our abilities, whether it is a €30.000,- or €500.000,-+ yacht.

If you still want to use your boat during the sales period, selling from your own berth is possible. We do see the advantages of a berth in our sales marina in Enkhuizen quickly reflected in the flow rate. If a potential buyer comes for a similar boat X, we can immediately point out ship Y which may better suit his sailing plans.
