The Catalina sailing yachts are known for their solid sailing characteristics and ergonomic layout. These boats offer a lot of space compared to other sailing yachts of similar dimensions.

The Catalina 36 which we offer has been very carefully maintained and has a long list of recent renovations, through ambitious plans of the sellers this is all already done and her new owner is reaping the benefits. The cockpit is spacious with a good seat behind the steering wheel, this has a Raymarine below deck and keep the course when you are needed elsewhere on deck. The wide spray hood offers shelter in rougher weather and fits nicely along the superstructure. The bimini is wonderful with the extreme temperatures.

The gangways are wide and free of obstacles, the integrated anti-slip is easy to keep clean and on deck are several handles placed.

The entrance to the saloon is wide and gives easy access below decks, there are several moveable boards for this because of privacy in the marina. On port side we find the large galley with plenty of cupboard space and worktop. The current owners have chosen to sail without gas, the pipes are present and a new gas stove is easy to hang.
The galley is also equipped with running water and double stainless steel sink and top loading cooler. To starboard is the navigation table with good seating and here fits a 1800 Series on!
Furthermore, here is the entrance (lockable with curtain) the aft cabin with large bed, here can easily sleep 2 adults lengthwise or even widthwise, this king size bed is unique.

Midships we find on port side the cozy U-seat with various storage space under and behind the seats, also is the table on tripod to lower and easily convert to a 2-person guest accommodation. On the other side is a dinette which can also be converted to a sofa, if you want to bring extra guests for a weekend, the Catalina 6 offers sleeping accommodation for 7 people!

In the bow is a wet room with toilet on port side with opposite the large closet space. Next to it is the lockable double V-bed.
