More about the 435

The Talisker is the child of owner and designer Mr. Heinzel. As a former pilot and aviation specialist he designed his yacht to be fast, agile and "no-nonsense" going "anywhere" vessel.

She has been built under the foreseeing eye of Shipyard Moray Ltd in Ireland.

"The Moray 435 "The yacht that reaches places other only dream about."

A fast, extremely versatile, easy to build cruising ketch. Bleding traditional looks and old proven technologies with new, taking the best of both worlds. Designed for fast and comfortable offshore and blue water passages aswell as creek crawling, exploring of rivers, estuaries canals. Taking full advangtage of shallow, romantic and remote harbours and anchorages. Comfortable spacious decksaloon with inside steering and easy adaptable "no nonsense "interior for 3 couples or 8 singles. The aluminum construction for low maintenance, weigt and long life usage.

The cockpit is long and provide great ergonomics, the helmsman has everything withing reach. The gangways are wide and the guardrail is high, providing safe passage to the foredeck. Around the mast is the grannybar, excellent for rougher seas. The anchorchain is amidships for balance weight and the bowsprit can easily be extended for gennakers. The decksaloon is wide and spacious with great visibility outside and with an L-shaped sofa on Port and Nav-station on Starboard, in the front is inside steering. When we step below we have the efficient but simple galley with hot/cold water, fridge and 2-burner stove with oven. Opposite is a separate cabin with 2 single beds and many storage.Separate heads with shower and in the bow is a separate single cabin which can be converted to a workshop and (sail)storage.

The Aft has an open layout with seperate heads, bunkbeds and 2-person berth at Portside with sink.

If you are looking for a comfortable, "go any where" no-nonsense sailingyacht, then "Talisker" could be a great choice for you
