"The Saffier 6.50 was introduced at HISWA in 1998 and immediately attracted a lot of interest. In 2000 Waterkampioen editor Jan Briek and Dennis Hennevanger of Saffier Yachts sailed to England with wind force 7. This feat thoroughly proved the seaworthiness of the Saffier 6.50.
In 2010, production ceased after more than 160 units. But the interest in (and demand for) the Saffier 6.50 remained undiminished. Therefore, Saffier Yachts decided to design and build the 6.50 again, but with today's materials, ideas and techniques.

The Saffier Sc6.50 which we offer for her 1st owner is neatly maintained and enjoys comfortable and familiar sailing characteristics. For the sporty sailor there is a Code Zero on board with removable bowsprit.
