The Hallberg-Rassy 312 which we offer has been a long time (mid 90s) of the current owners, who have carefully maintained her.

The Hallberg-Rassy 312 is known for its excellent (sea) sailing characteristics, but much stability and unevenly solid construction quality.

The cockpit is sheltered behind the "fixed" HR sprayhood with all gunwales within easy reach of the helmsman, there is plenty of storage space in the cockpits and that but her very comfortable for 2-3 people. The gangways have a good grip and the teak deck still looks neat for its age. However, in time some attention will have to be paid by re-rubberizing the deck seams.

The interior is in very good condition with on port side the L-shaped galley with running water, top loading refrigerator and oven. There is also plenty of practical storage space.
On the other side is the navigation corner equipped with all switches, gauges and dog cage.

The traditional saloon has good seating and lots of deep storage space. There are also several storage compartments under the benches and these can be folded up for extra sleeping space or used as a pilot berth during a (night) crossing.
In the bow is an underwater toilet with sink with behind the toilet a large hanging cabinet for example sailing clothes. In the bow is a V-bed with nice mattresses.
